Whenever you like. Send it now and set it to open on Christmas morning, or send it on Christmas Eve and it’s waiting when they wake up. Send it in January and it’s a letter, which is fine too.
Do they need an app?
No. One link, opened in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. They brush the snow off the envelope and it opens.
Is there one for the kids?
There’s a letter from Santa, addressed to them, on its own envelope.
How long does it last?
For good. They can open it as many times as they like. A film is kept for a year after it’s first opened, and they can save their own copy.
